## How the site is funded

MortgageMath US is free to read. To pay for research and hosting, the site may display advertising served by networks such as Google AdSense. Ads may come from mortgage lenders, insurers, real estate services and other companies.

## How ads are shown

- Every ad sits in a reserved box labelled **“Advertisement”**, separate from the article text.
- Ads never appear on our trust pages, such as this one, the privacy policy or the editorial policy.
- We do not style ads to look like navigation, buttons or our own content, and we never ask readers to click them.
- Ad boxes have a fixed size, so they never push the page around while you read.

## What advertisers can’t do

Advertisers and ad networks do not choose topics, see content before it is published, or influence which loans, lenders or programs we mention. We do not accept paid placements, sponsored rankings or payment for reviews, and we do not publish ratings of lenders.

## Affiliate links

The site does not currently use affiliate links. If that changes, affiliate links will be labelled where they appear and listed on this page.

## Questions
